Telluride Reports 98% Compliance Rate

Ashley Berard, from the Telluride Town Clerk’s office reported the Telluride Short Term Rental compliance rate of 98% to the Council on May 5th, 2019. As of 2019, there are 643 rental licenses issued through MUNIRevs, with 52 in the residential Zone district. In 2019, owner managed rentals have remitted almost $300,000 in revenues to the Town with almost $9,000 remitted by new properties discovered by LODGINGRevs.
