Lake Placid, NY recently selected LODGINGRevs to enhance its local short-term rental registration and compliance efforts, as well as to provide access to a 24/7 bilingual complaint hotline for local residents. The community previously worked with a different software provider before partnering with LODGINGRevs.

“Their customer service wasn’t what it should’ve been, it waned over the year, and we had no administrative power, really, to do any changes that would be helpful for owners — transferring properties and so forth.”
